Decimus Property, in partnership with award-winning discount food retailer Aldi and Retirement Living specialist McCarthy Stone, are excited to be bringing forward planning applications for a new food store, homes and Retirement Living apartments on Winchelsea Road: replacing the existing warehouse and goods yard known as Jempsons Trading Estate.
Public Consultation
Thank you to everyone who participated in our public consultation between 29 February and 17 March 2024. We held a public exhibition at the River Haven Hotel on Thursday 7 March that was attended by well over 200 people, and we received a huge amount of very helpful feedback in person, online and by post. Our consultation is now closed to comments but you can still view our Virtual Exhibition on this website and contact us with any questions by emailing feedback@consultation-online.co.uk
The project team will now review the feedback received before submitting our planning applications to Rother District Council in the coming months. We will keep the local community updated as the plans progress.
