Decimus Property, in partnership with award-winning discount food retailer Aldi and Retirement Living specialist McCarthy Stone, are excited to be bringing forward planning applications for a new food store, homes and Retirement Living apartments on Winchelsea Road: replacing the existing warehouse and goods yard known as Jempsons Trading Estate.
Planning applications submitted
We are pleased to say that the planning applications have now been submitted to Rother District Council. Following our public consultation earlier this year (in which 85% of respondents indicated support for the plans), the design team have made a number of changes, including increased landscaping and a higher proportion of much-needed 1 and 2-bed homes – ideal for younger people and first-time buyers.
